What does fresh coffee mean? When does your coffee get stale? There is a coffee window. This is why our coffee doesn’t have an expiration date, it has a roast date. Our coffee is at it’s most delicious between day 5 and day 15. This is why we have Autoship. You can have a fresh bag of coffee every week. Actually the best plan is to order your next bag of coffee a week before you run out of your current bag of coffee. So it can rest, so it’s not so gassy.
