Who is Big E Bearded Coffee?
Hi there! Thanks for stopping by. We’re a small family-owned coffee roastery that started with nothing more than an air-pop popcorn maker and a love for great coffee—and somehow grew into a full-fledged business.
We believe the best way to enjoy coffee is however you like it. Sure, we love coffee, but we try not to be too uppity about it. Good coffee doesn’t have to be complicated—at the end of the day, it’s just quality beans and good water. There are a million different ways to brew, but if you start with freshly roasted beans and good water, you’re basically there.
We can’t help you with the water, but we’ve got the beans covered. Check out the variety of really great roasts that we think you’ll love.
Speaking of our beans. We are committed to only buying fair trade organic coffee beans. Our shop is not certified organic, but the beans we buy are. We currently have nine different varieties. We love to help people discover their favorite coffee.

Everette Mills
Our coffee doesn’t really have a beard, but the man behind the coffee sure does. Everette, aka Big E, aka the visionary behind the beans, is our head roaster, general tech guy, head of our expansion team, and generally speaking an overall irritatingly brilliant human. He also manages the nit-picking department as his attention to detail is unparalleled. Big E drinks his coffee black.

Megan Mills
Megan does not have a beard but handles most of the marketing, and all of the word-ey things. She also handles customer relations by dazzling people with her charm and wit. She is the self-crowned Queen of Everything. She brews the coffee in this house and gets really grouchy if we don’t have enough. Megan prefers cold brew coffee, with cream, and just a little dash of chocolate syrup.
Delivery Driver

Jonathan Mills
When we started this business, Jonathan had less than his Middle School Moustache, but now his beard is full-grown. He is our primary delivery driver and lifter of heavy things. When he is not working for Big E you can usually find him with his tuba or anywhere there’s a train. Jonathan takes his coffee with a packet of hot cocoa and a generous blast of whipped cream.

Coffee is best when it is fresh and our whole business model is designed around this idea. We roast your coffee when you order, we don’t have bags of coffee sitting around getting stale. Once the coffee is roasted we get it out the door to you. And then you drink it, in whatever manner you like to drink coffee. We deliver locally for free and we also ship all over the world. We really think our coffee is worth drinking, but you should try some to decide for yourself.
