Hi. Thanks for stopping by. We are a small family-owned coffee roastery. We started roasting coffee for ourselves out of an air-pop popcorn maker and grew into a full-fledged business. We believe that the best way to enjoy coffee is whatever way you choose. We love coffee but we try not to be too uppity about it. We do believe that great coffee starts with great beans, that are roasted by great people and delivered to great people, near and far. And we offer a variety of really great beans.
Speaking of our beans. We are committed to only buying fair trade organic coffee beans. Our shop is not certified organic, but the beans we buy are. We currently have 8 different varieties. We love to help people find the best kind of coffee for them. We are strongly committed to unveiling the mystery that is coffee without being too pretentious.
Our coffee doesn’t really have a beard, but the man behind the coffee sure does. Everette, aka Big E, aka the visionary behind the beans, is our head roaster, general tech guy, head of our expansion team, and generally an overall irritatingly brilliant human. He also manages the nit-picking department as his attention to detail is unparalleled.
Megan does not have a beard but handles most of the marketing, all of the word-ey things, and is in charge of our packaging and delivery department. She also handles customer relations by dazzling people with her charm and wit. She makes the coffee in this house and complains if we don’t have enough leftovers.
Jonathan is currently working on his beard, and serves as the delivery “jumper”. He also willingly (and sometimes less-than-willingly) carries boxes and heavy bags and whatever necessary task needs doing. His plan is to take over our coffee empire one day and line his pockets with cash while his peons do all the work.

Coffee is best when it is fresh and our whole business model is designed around this idea. We roast your coffee when you order, we don’t have bags of coffee sitting around getting stale. Once the coffee is roasted we get it out the door to you. And then you drink it, in whatever manner you like to drink coffee. We deliver locally for free and we also ship all over the world. We really think our coffee is worth drinking, but you should try some to decide for yourself.
