This is a special roast, that was requested from a loyal customer and friend that loves Ethiopia Yirgacheffe coffee. We do a light roast just through first crack that allows you to experience the sweet, flora flavors of the Yirgacheffe coffee. We named it Miss Betty B, because we love her and because no one can say Yirgacheffe.
We received multiple requests from customers to offer an option for the Espresso drinkers and we finally found an option that is both organic and tastes great. We roast the beans till just into second crack for a dark rich flavor.
This blend is heavy on the chocolate, with a buttery background, along with some citrus and flowery notes.
