We have had a number of customers request automatic ordering functionality and after many weeks of delays, it is finally here!
When you purchase coffee you now have the choice of setting up an auto order every 1, 2, 3 or 4 weeks. You can add any combination of coffee, sizes, and can have multiple schedules if you desire.
The reason that it took us so long to find the right functionality is that we don’t believe in forced subscriptions. You have complete control over the schedule, the payment method, and the next ship date.
Once you have an autoship schedule setup you can manage all the features right from your “My Account” page. Going on vacation, “Pause” your schedule, in the upper left hand corner. Need to set up a schedule for home and for the office with two separate billing addresses, you can do it!
