The Coffee Formerly Know as Organic Espresso

Taking a page right out of Prince’s playbook, we are pulling a rename. So here’s the deal, the organic espresso we buy…. is espresso that is organic. So when we receive it, it is certified organic. Cool. But we are not a certified organic coffee roastery, which means once we roast the beans, even though they are still organic, they are no longer certified. So it is a little misleading to imply that our roasted beans are organic. And we try really hard to be upfront about what we are doing because it matters to us what you are drinking. Also that name was boring and lame.

Allow me to introduce…

Henceforth and forevermore, Organic Espresso will now be referred to as Her Royal Highness. She is still the same great coffee, sourced from the same place. She is still a fair trade organic bean. She is just finally getting the name she deserves.  A queen among coffee beans she is brimming with rich dark flavor.  You don’t have to have an espresso maker to enjoy this coffee. Just put it in your regular coffee maker and see why we think she is royalty. Try some today.
