Our Customers Have the Best Neighbors!
We all know that great coffee brings people together — but this month, we were reminded that it can also bring out the very best in the people around us.
|
One of our recent deliveries took an unexpected detour. Our favorite delivery driver accidentally left a Big E Bearded Coffee order at the wrong house. When we realized the mistake and went back to make it right, no one was home. We figured we'd have to sort it out the next day.
|
But here's where it gets good.
|
The next morning, that neighbor — who didn't know us, and didn't have to do a single thing — walked the package right over to our customer's door. Just like that, the coffee made it home, and our customer started their day exactly as they should: with a great cup of Big E in hand.
|
We are so incredibly grateful. That kind of neighborly goodness is exactly what our community is all about. To say thank you, we sent that wonderful neighbor a handwritten note and a coupon for some Big E Bearded Coffee of their own — because if anyone deserves a great cup of coffee, it's them.

No Coffee Roasted June 7
|
Proud Parents here: Our favorite son and delivery driver is graduating high school in a few short weeks. His graduation is June 7th, and in order to celebrate him, we will not be roasting that weekend. Autoship customers please make any adjustments by Friday May 29th. We will roast Sunday May 31 and deliver June 1 and we will be back in action again Sunday June 14th with deliveries June 15th. If you have any questions please reach out at info@bigebeardedcoffee.com
